Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

Please do not send returns to our registered business address at ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108 unless we specifically ask you to do so.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless the return concerns a defective or non-conforming product.

Please include a completed return form with your order number in every return parcel. This applies both to returns made through Wygodne Zwroty and to return shipments arranged independently.

Condition of returned products

You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or you provide proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund includes the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered for the original order. Any additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method are not refundable.

Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless another method is agreed with you at no additional cost.

Complaints

If your product is defective or not in conformity with the order, please contact us at contact@r2r-world.com before returning it. We will provide further instructions and cover the necessary return costs where required by law.
