These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Store.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Orders

Products displayed in the Store constitute an invitation to place an order.

To place an order, select the products, provide the required details, choose delivery and payment methods and submit the order using the button indicating an obligation to pay.

You can review and correct your order before submitting it.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. The sales agreement is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order.

If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled due to an obvious technical or pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the affected product.

3. Prices and payments

Prices shown in the Store include VAT where applicable.

The total price, including delivery costs, is displayed before you place the order.

Payments are processed using payment methods available at checkout, including services provided by Shopify Payments and ING Pay.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, currency and order value.

If we announce a price reduction, the lowest price applicable during the 30 days preceding the reduction will be displayed where required by law.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply unless expressly included at checkout.

 

4. Delivery

Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown in the Store and at checkout.

Orders for in-stock products are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally:

• Poland: 1-2 business days
• European Union: 3-7 business days
• other destinations: according to the estimate shown at checkout

These times are estimates and may be longer during product launches, promotions, periods of high order volume or due to circumstances outside our control.

Orders containing products with different dispatch times may be shipped together according to the longest applicable timeframe.

For pre-order products, the estimated production or dispatch date shown on the relevant product page applies.

Delivery may be arranged through Apaczka / Alsendo Connect and third-party courier, parcel locker and pickup-point providers.

 

5. Pre-orders

Products marked as Pre-order are produced or dispatched at a later date.

The estimated production or dispatch timeframe is stated on the relevant product page.

Payment may be collected when the pre-order is placed.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, the entire order may be shipped when all products are available unless stated otherwise.

A product is not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal merely because it was purchased on pre-order.

Products made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have 14 days from receiving the product to withdraw from the sales agreement without giving a reason.

You may use a withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.

Current return instructions and available return methods are provided in the Returns section of the Store.

Do not send returns to ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108 unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer bears the direct cost of returning a product.

We will refund payments due under applicable law, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered for the original order.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been sent back.

The customer may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond this extent.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply, including where relevant to products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

 

7. Complaints

We are responsible for ensuring that products supplied to Consumers conform to the sales agreement.

If a product is not in conformity with the agreement, please contact:

Include your order number and a description of the issue where possible.

Under applicable Polish consumer law, the Seller is generally responsible for a lack of conformity revealed within two years from delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, the Consumer may be entitled to repair or replacement and, where provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the agreement.

Costs associated with bringing a non-conforming product into conformity are borne by the Seller.

We will respond to a Consumer complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

A receipt is not required if the purchase can be demonstrated by other means.

8. Online services

The Store may provide electronic services such as customer accounts, checkout functionality and newsletter subscription.

Using the Store requires an internet connection and a current web browser.

Electronic services are provided free of charge unless clearly stated otherwise.

You may stop using your account or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies are used in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the privacy settings available in the Store.

10. Final provisions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law.

If you are a Consumer residing in another country, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection available under the law applicable to you.

Consumers may use available out-of-court dispute resolution procedures. Information about consumer dispute resolution in Poland is available through the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms & Conditions where justified by changes in law, Store functionality, payment or delivery services or other operational reasons. Changes do not affect orders concluded before the new version takes effect.
