Order processing

Orders containing in-stock products are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.

During product launches, promotions or periods of increased order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Products marked as Pre-order are subject to the estimated production or dispatch timeframe stated on the relevant product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order may be shipped once all products are available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping within Poland

Available shipping methods and current prices are displayed at checkout.

Depending on availability, delivery options may include:

  • InPost Paczkomat
  • ORLEN Paczka
  • Courier delivery

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally 1-3 business days.

International shipping

We ship internationally to destinations available at checkout.

Available carriers, delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

For deliveries within the European Union, delivery generally takes approximately 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times outside the European Union depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order and may depend on the destination, selected delivery method, parcel size and weight.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.

Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect address or uncollected shipment

Please make sure that your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

If a shipment is returned because an incorrect address was provided or the parcel was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply before the order is sent again.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures or periods of unusually high order volume.
